The Superior Living Batisehir — apartments in Bagcilar, Istanbul

The Superior Living Batışehir is a 171-unit complex in the fast-developing Batışehir area on the European side. Studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are available, from 52 to 135 sqm, finished and fitted with kitchens and balconies. Built by Ege Yapı, in business since 2006.

Location: walking distance to Batışehir metro station, close to the Mall of Istanbul and the TEM motorway, with Atatürk Airport nearby. The surrounding area holds residential blocks, offices and shopping centres, growing in all three directions at once.

Facilities: 24/7 security, fitness centre, swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath, spa and massage rooms, cinema room, conference room, reception and concierge, enclosed parking, on-site shops and commercial units.

The partner lists the project as suitable for Turkish citizenship by investment and notes that title deeds are ready. The threshold is USD 400,000 held for three years, counted on the appraised value of the apartment — the most compact layouts here are unlikely to reach it.
