Reform Life Project — apartments in Avcilar, Istanbul

Reform Life Project is a residential development in Avcılar on a 9,000 sqm plot: two blocks, 130 apartments and 14 commercial units. Layouts run from 1+1 to 5+1 and from 79 to 282 sqm, the largest with two living rooms. Every apartment has its own balcony, and each block has a single pedestrian entrance, done deliberately for access control.

Location: 300 m to Avcılar Hospital, 800 m to the E-5 motorway and the same to Pelican Mall — the metrobus is within walking distance. 1.5 km to the Istanbul University Avcılar campus, 2.5 km to Küçükçekmece Lake and the Sea of Marmara, 5 km to the Canal Istanbul route, 20 km to the Eurasia Tunnel, 30 km to Taksim.

Facilities: 24/7 security, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and steam room, children's playground, landscaped areas and walking tracks, terraces, parking. Some apartments have city, sea and green views.

The partner marks the project as suitable for Turkish citizenship by investment and states that title deeds are ready: USD 400,000 held for three years, on the official appraisal of the apartment.
