Leos Gayrettepe — apartments in Besiktas, Istanbul

Leos Gayrettepe is a residence in Beşiktaş, in the city centre. Apartments are 1+1 and 2+1, from 80 to 140 sqm. A distinguishing detail: interiors come in three ready-made schemes — Natural, Retro and Grunge — so the choice covers the finish as well as the floor plan.

Location: Beşiktaş, with its schools, hospitals and offices; the Trump and Cevahir malls are close by. Gayrettepe is one of the metro interchanges on the city's business axis.

Facilities: fitness centre, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and spa, meeting room, concierge, a dedicated parking space for each apartment, walking tracks, fitted kitchens, 24/7 camera security.

The partner marks the project as suitable for Turkish citizenship by investment: USD 400,000 held for three years, on the official appraisal of the apartment — a threshold noticeably easier to reach in Beşiktaş than in the outer districts.
