Mostar Atakent Istanbul — apartments in Kucukcekmece, Istanbul

Mostar Atakent Istanbul is a residential complex in Küçükçekmece, close to the European side's new business centre. Layouts run from 1+1 to 4+1 and from 52 to 114 sqm, with spacious living rooms and fitted kitchens. The project was built by two developers in partnership.

Location: 200 m to the metro, 500 m to the nearest bus stop, 3 km to the main motorway, 5 km to Arena Park Mall and to Sultan Suleyman Hospital, 15 km to the city centre, 40 km to the airport.

Facilities: indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, restaurant and café, garden and green areas, children's playground, walking tracks, enclosed parking, central heating, 24/7 security.

The partner marks the project as suitable for Turkish citizenship by investment. That needs careful arithmetic here: at 52 to 114 sqm, the USD 400,000 appraised threshold in Küçükçekmece is plausible only in the larger layouts, and not reliably even then.
