Next Level Kemer — apartments in Eyupsultan, Istanbul

Next Level Kemer is a development in Kemer-Göktürk (Eyüpsultan district), right by Istanbul's largest forests. It has the widest spread of layouts in this selection after Kartal: from 1+1 to 5.5+1 and from 80 to 330 sqm. Apartments have terraces and balconies facing the woods.

Location: Eyüpsultan and its forest belt is a choice in favour of greenery and quiet, while the northern motorways and Istanbul Airport remain close.

Facilities: swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, Turkish bath, children's playground, walking tracks, gardens and seating areas, terraces, 24/7 security.

The partner's listing carries no distances to landmarks — and for a district this far from the metro, that is exactly what is worth establishing before a viewing.
