Yeni Eyup Evleri — apartments in Eyupsultan, Istanbul

Yeni Eyüp Evleri is a 389-apartment development in Alibeyköy (Eyüpsultan district), effectively in the city centre. Layouts run from 1+1 to 3+1 and from 64 to 130 sqm. Alibeyköy itself is quieter than the central quarters around it.

Location: the complex sits between two main metro lines running right across the city: 700 m to the metro and 900 m to the Alibeyköy tram. 1 km to the TEM motorway, 2 km to Vialand and to Bilgi and Ticaret universities.

Facilities: fitness centre, sauna, children's play area, café, car park, green and social areas, terraces, fitted kitchens, 24/7 camera security.

A hospital, shopping centres and universities are all close — for long-term letting, that is the combination that keeps demand steady.
