Mansion Orman Basaksehir — apartments in Basaksehir, Istanbul

Mansion Orman Başakşehir is a family-focused development in Başakşehir with forest views. The apartments are large only — 3+1 and 4+1, from 170 to 211 sqm — so the project is aimed at families rather than at short-term letting.

Location: 2 minutes by car to Kayaşehir city centre, 9 minutes to the M12 metro line and the same to the Çam ve Sakura hospital, a 10-minute walk to Başakşehir People's Park.

Facilities: swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, Turkish bath and steam rooms, BBQ area, garden and landscaping, restaurant and café, children's playground, walking paths, central heating, enclosed parking, 24/7 security.

The partner marks the project as suitable for Turkish citizenship by investment: USD 400,000 held for three years, on the official appraisal of the apartment. With floor areas from 170 sqm, this is one of the cases where the threshold is reachable across the whole layout range, not only at the top of it.
